Welcome to bar939. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") set out the legal basis upon which bar939 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "bar939") provides its online betting and gaming services to you ("you", "the User", "the Player"). bar939 is an English-language online betting platform operated under the domain bar939.cam and is designed primarily for adult users in the Pakistan market.

By accessing bar939.cam, creating an account, depositing funds or placing any bet or wager on our platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

In these Terms, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

To register and maintain an Account on bar939, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are a natural person aged 18 years or older, or above the minimum legal gambling age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is higher. bar939 strictly enforces this requirement and will close any Account found to belong to an underage individual. Winnings accrued by an underage Account will be forfeited.

• You do not already hold an active or suspended Account on bar939 under a different name, email address or identity. Only one Account per person is permitted.

• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction that has been designated a Prohibited Jurisdiction under applicable law or by bar939's internal compliance controls.

4.1 Registration Requirements

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and truthful information. You must notify bar939 promptly of any changes to your registered details. bar939 reserves the right to reject any registration application without giving a reason.

Each user is permitted to hold only one Account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether to circumvent a restriction, claim multiple welcome bonuses or for any other purpose — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. bar939 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain reasonable account security. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact bar939 Support immediately via Live Chat.

4.3 KYC Verification

bar939 may require identity and age verification at any stage, including before a deposit is accepted, before a withdrawal is processed, or upon any change to Account details. Typical KYC documentation for Pakistani users may include:

• A valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or current passport — both sides where applicable;
• Proof of address where required, such as a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within three months;
• A selfie or liveness check for identity confirmation;
• Screenshots or statements from the payment method used for deposits.

You must submit only genuine, unaltered documents through bar939's official secure HTTPS verification portal. Submission of falsified, altered or misleading documents constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate permanent Account closure and may be referred to relevant authorities. 5.1 Deposits

Deposits to your bar939 Account must be made through payment methods listed in the live cashier at the time of deposit. bar939 references familiar Pakistani payment methods — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and major bank transfers through institutions including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as contextual examples only. bar939 does not represent that any of these providers endorse, permit or support gambling-related transactions. Users must verify their own provider's terms before initiating a deposit.

All funds deposited must be from a payment source registered in your own name. bar939 does not accept deposits from third-party sources. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply as shown in the cashier and may vary by payment method, Account verification status and applicable compliance controls.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to Account verification status, wagering completion on any active bonuses, compliance review and available payment method limits. bar939 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times. Timing varies by payment method, verification status, compliance requirements and the policies of the receiving institution.

bar939 reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will typically be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. bar939 may conduct AML checks on any withdrawal request and may suspend processing pending satisfactory completion of such checks.

5.3 Currency

Account balances on bar939 are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) by default. bar939 is not liable for any currency conversion costs, fees applied by third-party payment providers, or exchange-rate differences that may apply to your transaction.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

bar939 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, referral bonuses and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms as well as any specific terms and conditions published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (for example, a 20× wagering requirement on a PKR 5,000 bonus requires PKR 100,000 in qualifying bets). Different games may contribute at different rates toward wagering completion — full details are set out in the relevant promotion's game-contribution table.

6.3 Bonus Restrictions

While a bonus is active, maximum bet limits apply per spin or per wager as specified in the promotion terms (typically in the range of PKR 500–PKR 1,000 per bet or spin). Placing bets in excess of the applicable maximum stake during an active bonus may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses expire after the period specified in the relevant promotion — typically between 7 and 30 calendar days from the date of issue or activation. Expired bonus balances are automatically removed from Accounts. No extension or reinstatement of expired bonuses will be granted except at bar939's sole discretion.

6.5 Abuse & Fraud

bar939 reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reverse any bonus, free bet or associated winnings where it suspects bonus abuse, collusion, irregular betting patterns, use of automated betting software, creation of multiple accounts or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers. Determinations of bonus abuse are made at bar939's sole and final discretion.

7.1 Acceptance of Bets

bar939 reserves the right to refuse, limit, restrict or void any bet at any time and without prior notice, including where: a bet exceeds applicable stake limits; the relevant event has already commenced (except for designated in-play markets); a pricing or technical error is identified; or bar939 has reasonable grounds to suspect irregular or fraudulent betting activity.

7.2 Void Bets

Bets may be declared void where: the outcome of an event is determined in circumstances materially different from those at the time the bet was placed; the event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled without a rescheduled date within the operator's settlement window; a manifest pricing error occurred; or the event is otherwise ineligible for settlement under applicable rules.

7.3 Odds & Pricing

Odds on bar939 are displayed in decimal format and include the operator's margin. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the point of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet. bar939 does not guarantee that any specific odds will be available at any specific time.

7.4 Casino & Live Games

Casino game outcomes, including slots, table games and live dealer games, are governed by the rules of the relevant game as displayed within the game interface. RTP figures are provided by game studios and are illustrative theoretical returns over large sample sizes — they do not predict or guarantee individual session outcomes.

7.5 Errors & Technical Faults

Where a technical fault, software error or connectivity failure affects the outcome or settlement of a bet or game round, bar939 reserves the right to void the affected transaction and refund the stake. bar939 will not be liable for any consequential loss arising from technical issues beyond its reasonable control.

bar939 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If it ceases to be enjoyable or causes financial, emotional or personal harm, bar939 provides the following tools to help Users maintain control:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts in your account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap total net losses over a defined period. Activating a loss limit halts further play once the threshold is reached for that period.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict how long you can remain logged in and active during a single session.
• Reality Checks: Configure periodic notifications that interrupt play to remind you of time elapsed and funds wagered.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily close your Account for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusions take effect immediately and cannot be reversed before the selected period expires.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, entitling bar939 to immediately suspend or permanently close your Account, void all affected bets and withhold associated funds:

• Opening more than one Account, whether under your own identity or a false identity;
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
• Submitting altered, falsified or fraudulent identity documents;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in the Platform's systems;
• Colluding with other users to manipulate outcomes or exploit bonus structures;
• Engaging in money laundering, layering funds or using bar939 as a vehicle for any financial crime;
• Placing bets on behalf of any third party without explicit written authorisation from bar939;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction while circumventing geographic restrictions;
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening or harassing toward bar939 staff or other users.

All content published on bar939.cam — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, page layout, code and data compilations — is the property of bar939 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publicly display, transmit or create derivative works of any content from bar939.cam without the prior written consent of bar939. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bar939 excludes all warranties, representations or conditions — express or implied — in connection with the Platform and its services, including without limitation any warranty as to fitness for purpose, uninterrupted access, error-free operation or the accuracy of odds and content.

bar939 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary loss or damage — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption — arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, regardless of the cause of action and whether or not bar939 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

bar939's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date of the relevant claim.

Nothing in this clause limits or excludes liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable law.

12.1 Suspension by bar939

bar939 may suspend your Account at any time without prior notice where: KYC verification is outstanding; a transaction requires investigation; suspicious or fraudulent activity is suspected; or the Account appears to be in breach of any provision of these Terms. During a suspension, you will not be able to place bets, deposit funds or process withdrawals. bar939 will endeavour to communicate the reason for suspension and the steps required to resolve it, where it is safe and legally permissible to do so.

12.2 Closure by bar939

bar939 may permanently close your Account for any material breach of these Terms. In the event of fraudulent activity, AML concerns, underage gambling or provision of false information, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited or reported to relevant authorities.

12.3 Voluntary Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting bar939 Support via Live Chat. Upon closure request, all open bets will be settled in the normal course; available real-money balances after settlement of all bets and satisfaction of any applicable conditions will be refunded to your verified payment method. Bonus balances will be cancelled upon Account closure.

These Terms, and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction, which may not be Pakistani law. bar939 does not represent that these Terms comply with Pakistani law or that use of the Platform is lawful in Pakistan.

In the first instance, any dispute should be raised with bar939 Support via Live Chat or email. bar939 will endeavour to resolve all complaints fairly and promptly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to the dispute-resolution mechanism specified in the operator's license conditions.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights under applicable mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.

bar939 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, bar939 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Account holders by email or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account as described in Section 12.3 above.
